We hope this may help with any questions you have regarding your online shopping experience with Auswide Workwear. If you have other questions that are not included on this page, please contact us at your convenience and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Q: How do I find out about the sizing of your garments?

A: Please use the SIZE CHART link at the bottom of the Home Page to find the relevant sizing information for each brand.

Q: If my purchase is the wrong size, style or colour, am I able to return it?

A: Please choose carefully as we do not exchange if you simply change your mind about a product. We do honour all Australian Laws regarding consumer rights. Yes, you may exchange your items for another size or colour but it must be the same style. A reshipping fee of $11.95 will be incurred and the cost of freight for returning the product to Auswide Workwear is at the customer’s expense. Returned products will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with Auswide Workwear by email or phone. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and include the payment invoice or receipt.

Q: Are you able to send me samples?

A: We do not send sample products.

Q: I will be a regular customer, am I able to open an account with you?

A: As a part of our strategy to keep prices competitive, we do not extend credit to our customers.

Q: Am I able to pick up my order and pay cash?

A: Our business model aims to keep prices reasonable by reducing overheads. To do this we provide an ONLINE store only. Often your order will be dispatched directly from the supplier’s warehouse to you, enabling us to offer you low prices on all our items.

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We accept Electronic Funds Transfer, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. For payment using credit and debit cards, please click the PAYPAL link on the checkout page. You DO NOT have to have an account with, or be registered with PAYPAL to use this service.

Q: Do you offer embroidery services?

A: Yes we can embroider or screen-print your products at competitive rates. Please allow up to two weeks additional time for embroidery and screen printing. Contact us for more information.

Q: Does your Hi Vis clothing meet Australia Safety Standards?

A: Yes it does. Auswide Workwear will only source products from suppliers whose products are 100% compliant with the latest Australian Standard AS/NZS 4602.1:2011.

Q: Am I able to phone or FAX my order through to you?

A: All ordering is via our shopping cart system or email. All your personal details are safe and secure. Please check our privacy policy for more information.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: We offer a flat rate of $11.95 on all orders under $280, Australia wide. For all orders over $280 shipping is FREE Australia wide. Products may be shipped directly from the distribution warehouse applicable for the label(s) ordered or from Auswide Workwear.
