  • Shipping & Delivery

    Auswide Workwear uses a range of courier services throughout Australia to deliver our products Australia wide. We do NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box) and all deliveries must be to a street address,either personal or business. Please be sure that someone is available to receive the delivery or provide instructions for delivery when ordering. Couriers will not leave a parcel without someone to sign for the parcel or authority to leave the parcel. If no-one is available or 'authority to leave has not been prearranged, a card will be left. It is then the responsibility of the recipient to follow the instructions on the card to organise pick up of the parcel.

    Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally delivered within 2 – 10 working days depending upon location and stock availability. In the event of Auswide Workwear and the supplier being out of stock of an ordered product the customer will be notified and an estimated delivery date provided.

    Auswide Workwear offers a flat rate of $11.95 shipping on all orders Australia wide. For all orders over $280 shipping is FREE Australia wide.

  • Privacy & Security

    At Auswide Workwear we respect an individual’s rights to privacy and are committed to complying within Australian Privacy Act guidelines, rules and regulations. We only collect relevant information required to process your order in our website’s online store and this information is forwarded to our affiliates in order to complete your transaction. Under no circumstances is this information passed on to third parties unless specified and authorised by you. No personal information is kept when you visit our store unless you place an order with us. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that all information given by you is treated with strict confidentiality, is kept secure at all times and protected against unauthorised use.   • Returns & Replacements

    We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase from us however, if you find that your goods were damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us within 60 days of receipt of purchase. We will do everything we can to organize the return of items in question to us. If a replacement is available we will send that to you however where a replacement is not available, we will discuss alternatives with you. Auswide Workwear provides Measurement and Sizing Charts and images as close to actual colour as possible but we also recognise that sometimes this is not enough went ordering online. In the event that your purchase was an incorrect size, style or colour, we will exchange within 60 days of receipt of goods to you. Any returns due to incorrect size, colour or style must be pre-arranged with Auswide Workwear and a Return Authority issued. The returned product/s must be in their original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by the Return Authority. Once the product to be exchanged has been received and all products are ideemed to be in good order, the replacement product will be despatched. The cost of shipping of these return products is the responsibility of the Customer.  

  • Ordering

    Auswide Workwear is an online store, we do not have a shop front so no pick up of orders is available. In the event of the item being faulty or damaged in transit, the customer is NOT responsible for the cost of return postage.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We offer a number of payment options; PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, and BANK DEPOSIT . Our prices listed include 10% GST. Freight charges are added to your total purchase amount on checkout . From time to time, we offer specials and run promotional campaigns. These will be highlighted on the website, our facebook page and twitter accounts.

  • Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information

    Make ordering simple by creating a PERSONAL ACCOUNT LOG IN with Auswide Workwear. When you join up with us to place your first order you will be asked to provide a username and password. Please keep this handy as it will be needed in order for you to view previous orders, keep an eye on the delivery status, make changes to your contact details and make your shopping experience with us faster and easier at the checkout. Individual orders may be viewed prior to final checkout where changes may be made before finalising your order.
